Aurora
Aurora is a study of dawn — soft prisms held in brushed yellow gold, set with the patience of a long sunrise. Louis Aurelis sketched the first piece in the spring of 1904; the line has stayed close to his original gesture ever since.
“Gold has only one job here — to remember the first hour of the day.”
Each Aurora piece is finished by a single goldsmith from start to end, never by committee. The result is a line that feels less designed than slowly revealed — a small body of work made the way a long poem is written.
